🌍 What is Africa Day? Every May 25th, communities around the world come together to honor the unity, culture, and global contributions of African nations and the African diaspora. Since 1963, Africa Day has marked the founding of the Organization of African Unity — now the African Union — and the spirit of pan-African solidarity that followed.

Africa Day San Jose is our community's way of joining that global celebration. Through music, art, food, and connection, we honor the beauty and diversity of African heritage right here at home.
