Partnership for Smarter Growth & Homes For All Our Neighbors are excited to host a fireside chat with Richmond Mayor Danny Avula to discuss housing affordability & Code Refresh. Code Refresh is Richmond's first zoning rewrite in 50 years.
Our moderator will be Laura Dobbs, Director of Policy at Housing Opportunities Made Equal of Virginia. She is one of the region's strongest advocates on affordable housing in the state, and has spent her career pushing for equal access to housing for all people.
With skyrocketing housing prices and affordability at top of mind, we thought there would be no better person to talk about these pressing issues with the Mayor, as we try to understand how Code Refresh intersects with these vital issues in Richmond.
Light refreshments will be provided, along with a cash bar.
