LCol Jodi-Jane Longley, Commanding Officer of 414 Electronic Warfare Support Squadron, will provide an overview of the Royal Canadian Air Force’s (RCAF) Electronic Warfare Enterprise.
Recognizing that people are the foundational component to any capability employed in the Canadian Armed Forces, LCol Longley will walk the audience through the erosion and rebuilding of Electronic Warfare as a capability within the RCAF and beyond. Further, she will review core objectives for growth and modernization, factoring Electronic Warfare considerations, that are woven into the options analysis, risk acceptance, and decision-making space of any Commander, Leader, or Manager of the future.
