Ready to try some fun, accessible aerial movement? This flowing workshop is perfect for anyone with a standard fitness level, vinyasa/hatha yoga or fitness experience.
We’ll build strength and confidence through:
- Dynamic aerial sequences that get your heart pumping
- Core and upper body work to challenge and empower you
- Beginner-friendly circus-style wraps and poses to play with
- Creative transitions to help you move smoothly
Expect to sweat, laugh, maybe shake a little, and surprise yourself with what you can do!
