Class Description:
Aerial Yoga uses breath, guided movement and the aerial hammock to provide a safe environment for each student to explore balancing postures, back bending and inversions with ease. We use the basic principles of our yoga postures to create similar shapes and stretches. If you practice yoga regularly many of the poses will feel familiar and the hammock will bring you a new awareness for your practice. All experience level are welcome, but some basic yoga experience is encouraged.
Details:
-Please only wear a T-shirt in which your armpit is covered, NO tank tops allowed!
-Please do not wear jewelry or rings of any kind, they could rip the fabric
