This training is for Fitness professionals; Yoga teachers, Group Exercise instructors, Personal Trainers, etc. Focus on safely instructing students to explore different poses and sequences. Learn multiple class formats, spotting, and hands on assists. Students practice teaching in front of a group and receive feedback. Registered yoga teachers earn 12 continuing education hours with the Yoga Alliance. Manual included.
