Join us for an exciting Retreat Style Aerial Yoga Teacher Training, designed for both private personal growth and/ or professional yoga development. Whether you want to deepen your own practice or are ayoga teacher wanting to learn how to safely and confidently teach aerial yoga, this experience is for you.
This training is Yoga Alliance accredited (YACEP) and is taught by Simmi, an experienced aerial yoga teacher with over 8 years of teaching experience and more than 1000 hours of teacher trainings facilitated.
Rooted in the Chakra System and Pyramid Yoga’s scientific approach, this course takes you from the ground to the sky. You will learn the foundations of aerial yoga, including safety, rigging, spotting and intelligent sequencing, while exploring strength, flexibility, flow and the deeper energetic and spiritual aspects of the practice.
Aerial yoga offers a playful yet powerful way to work with gravity, supporting confidence, focus, mobility and strength, while reconnecting you to joy and freedom in your body.

• Restorative, flow and strength based aerial poses
• Advanced options including flips and inversions
• Meditation, breathwork and deep relaxation
• Manual with over 101 aerial yoga poses
