This CPD Teacher Training is designed for qualified yoga teachers. Led by Allison (Lead Teacher and Studio Owner), Rebeca and Nardina. Our teaching faculty have a combined Aerial Yoga teaching experience of over 18 years and we are the only Aerial Yoga studio in Edinburgh.This comprehensive CPD training will guide participants through all the essentials to be able to set up and run Aerial Yoga and Restorative Aerial Yoga classes safely and effectively.
Course content includes:
History of Aerial Yoga
Set up and rigging
Health & Safety
Hatha Yoga Poses
Restorative Aerial Yoga Poses
Sequencing
Led Practice
Teaching Practice
Training hours:
Friday 19th April 9am - 5pm
Saturday 20th April 12 - 6pm
Plus attendance at an Aerial Yoga class and homework
Fees:
Early Bird price of £450 - limited spots available, Early Bird offer ends 15th March 2024, or when all Early Bird spots are taken, whichever comes first.
Full Price £500
Full payment required upon acceptance on the training
Fee includes all teaching hours and colour manual
This 16 hours CPD training will qualify you as an Aerial Yoga Teacher and is recognised by Yoga Alliance USA as CPD training hours.
