This training includes 25 hours of instruction (including homework) with opportunities to teach to a group with feedback, plus 4 additional hours of aerial class attendance required.With the training you will be able to take an unlimited amount of Aerial Yoga classes during the month of the training (June). You must complete at least 4 Aerial Yoga classes at the Yogi Perogi outside of training hours. Completion of this training does not guarantee you a teaching spot. This training does include continuing education credits with Yoga Alliance and counts as a module for those working on their 300RYT with the Yogi Perogi.
Aerial Yoga Teacher Training will give you an understanding of how to find foundational yoga postures, including basic inversions, while utilizing the aerial hammock in a safe manner. If you have an aerial silk at home but are not familiar with how to practice postures, this training will bring you the confidence and understanding you need. If you are interested in teaching others how to practice in an aerial yoga class setting, you will learn how to effectively teach a class and assist where necessary.
After this four day intensive, you will not only experience Aerial Yoga, you will have a clear understanding of how to practice and teach the foundational postures and basic inversions.

June 7th 9:00 AM-2:00 PM
