Take your aerial practice to the next level with the Fitology Aerial Yoga Teacher Training — an immersive and professional certification program designed for aspiring and existing instructors.

Over four weekends (Saturday & Sunday) — from November 15 to December 6 — you’ll complete both Level 1 and Level 2 certification, but only pay for one level.
This unique format gives you double the training, value, and confidence to grow as an instructor.

Each weekend is carefully structured for progressive learning, hands-on practice, and technical mastery.
You’ll train in small groups for maximum attention, building your strength, control, and teaching foundation.

LEVEL 1 – Foundations
Learn silk setup, body alignment, strength building, and beginner inversions.
Build the solid base that every aerial instructor needs.

LEVEL 2 – Control & Inversions
Advance to deeper wraps, stability in movement, and stronger inversions.
This level blends technique and control to help you move and teach with confidence.

By the end of the training, you’ll graduate as a certified Aerial Yoga Instructor, ready to lead safe, effective, and inspiring classes anywhere.

Duration: 4 weekends (Sat & Sun) — Nov 15 → Dec 6
Tuition: $2,000 (covers both Level 1 & Level 2)
