Aerial Yoga Sound bath

The floating Aerial Yoga Sound Bath is back! Bella Maldener (she/her) has partnered up with Aimee (she/her) and together they resume this nurturing event on the weekends.

Originally this idea started with Valerie Teh and Bella Maldener and together they have truly invented something powerful and touched many souls for more than a year. Since Valerie has moved to Hongkong and she has given her blessing to continue, Bella restarts this concept with Aimee, who is a very talented and passionate Sound Healer and Songwriter too.

Bella will guide you through a playful, open level aerial yoga sequence designed to check in and (re)connect you with your inner child and Aimee will continue the Sound Bath where you have the chance of self nurturance, restoration, and connection. Bathing in the sound of crystal bowls and voice; Aimeé, will guide you through a Soundbath of reset, divine inner-connection and chakra cleansing whilst floating off the ground in the cocoon!

Through merging Yang and Yin we hope to shake things up from the inside out in 2 hours - think of this as a joyful yet restorative 2 hours that is equivalent to hitting a reset button from within with the chances of inverting safely.

" Just a note to say thank you for the session yesterday. I felt so different when I woke up this morning, lighter and looser. I'm struggling to put it into words, and I'm not sure if it was the stretches or the reiki (which I have not experienced before) or the combination but I feel a shift physically and spiritually. It's proving very difficult to get back into my Monday routine but maybe that's telling me everything I need to know!"

By now Floating Sound Baths have taken over London in a storm, however we were inspired to create and tune up this offering a notch as fellow aerial yoga teachers who were always asked to offer longer savasanas at the close of class. Cocooning in your own hammock for an extended amount of time invites a sense of both support and freedom, and when the vibrations of alchemy crystals, voice and other instruments are woven in, you are invited into a deep state of inner and outer relaxation.

Studies have shown that gentle rocking motions (as mimicked by the hammock cocoon) can soothe anxiety, while sound baths are proven to improve mental and physical health in a myriad of ways, from reducing anxiety, lowering blood pressure and calming the fight/flight response.

We are super excited to restart this powerful workshop together with you and to create new memories with you.

No prior experience of aerial yoga or sound baths are required. Please wear comfy clothes and bring your own blanket, eye mask and any other restorative props.

Unfortunately, this workshop is not suitable for those with epilepsy or have recently undergone surgery. Please let us know if you are pregnant and we can send you the precautions for aerial yoga and crystal bowl sound baths.
