Whether you’re brand new to Aerial Yoga or looking to build strength, improve flexibility, and tone your entire body, this class is for you. No hammock experience needed - beginners are absolutely welcome!
Each class begins with grounded conditioning using the silks to warm up the upper body and legs. From there, we’ll use the yoga hammock to support deeper stretches while gradually building upper body and core strength. You’ll work toward mastering 3–4 aerial poses in every session, gaining confidence and skill week by week.
This is a monthly series taught by Elisa. Because each class builds on the last, we highly recommend signing up for the full month, especially if you’re new to Aerial Yoga, so you can progress safely and feel stronger with every class.
