This aerial yoga class is an invitation to step a little deeper into your practice with curiosity, lightness, and a sense of play.We’ll explore beginner-friendly tricks that build from your foundation, moving beyond familiar shapes and expanding them into new variations, pathways, and possibilities. Along the way, we’ll begin connecting poses with intention, allowing one shape to naturally lead into the next.
A little wobbling is welcome. Maybe even some laughter. And always, a steady thread of awareness underneath it all.
This class is for the aerial yoga student who feels ready to grow beyond the basics, to experience a bit more fluidity, creativity, and confidence in the hammock.
Come ready to try and explore!
Prerequisites:
Comfortable with basic inversions
Ability to stand in the hammock off the ground
