Join us Thursday nights from 8:00–9:15 PM for a deeply relaxing aerial yoga session designed to calm the mind and gently nourish the body. This meditative class blends slow, supported movement with semi-inversions in the hammock to help release tension and invite stillness.
Perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike, this practice is highly accessible, deeply restorative, and surprisingly effective at increasing flexibility—all while being gentle on the body.

✨ Held in a peaceful home studio near Mill Creek Ravine – close to Bonnie Doon, King Edward Park, and just off Whyte Ave
This is your weekly permission to let go, float, and unwind.
The hammocks are set at a low setting, allowing for gentle, yet deep, stretches and semi-inversions. The use of the hammock facilitates nice deep stretches that would otherwise be difficult to achieve. It feels wonderfully and deeply restorative to be cradled and supported in the hammocks.
Slow and gentle movement is welcomed between longer held poses (yin poses, typically lasting about 3 minutes each). It is a deliciously relaxing and restful class, great for nourishing your nerves after a busy or tough day or week, or refreshing your body and mind for the week ahead.
