💙This is a beautiful concept we're so proud of being the origniators of! We developed and honed this since 2016, as a unique, deep -relaxation and nervous system reset experience. It's very simply a sound journey & gong bath experience in our silky-blue hammocks!💙
Each session includes:
1) A guided meditation with our co-founder Seth Newman to help us settle in and release tension, plus
2) Live ambient music to softly soothe the nervous system, including: gongs, crystal singing bowls, handpan, other live instruments, nurturing electronica,
3)Aromatherapy eye pillows and scents, all in our sky-blue soft aerial hammocks!
