Who said working out needs to be boring? In our Newbies Only Aerial Silks class, you’ll get a full body exercise that is both challenging and FUN! ✨You’ll learn to climb, pose and create beautiful shapes and tricks in the silks (so don’t forget to take videos to show off later!)

➡️ No experience necessary! This class is specifically for people who are new to silks!
Class size is limited so snag your spot early.
Ask about private aerial parties for your special event!
Attire: Leggings and a form fitting t-shirt, no jewelry. Sports bras can’t be worn alone without a shirt. Full body must be covered as silks are shared.
*Ages 14 and up. If under 18 years old, you need one parent's permission.
