Are you looking to move up from beginner to intermediate level? This workshop will focus on the foundational building blocks that will help you make the move up in hammock silks. We will work on higher level and personalized conditioning to help you build the muscles you need and improve endurance. We may also look at moves like thigh hitch, cats cradle, and crossback... which are the starting points for many intermediate and advanced tricks.
You must buy or rent a URU approved silk. $5 to rent. $140 to buy a full set up.
