Aerial Restorative Yoga + Pottery Class

Join us for this relaxing and creative pottery class in collaboration with Elevate Yoga & Wellness!

First, an expert from Elevate will guide you through a 60-minute Aerial Restorative Yoga session that will feature deep relaxation, mindful gentle movement, and supportive restorative shapes. Then, one of our expert teachers will guide you through pottery basics and how to sculpt and decorate your own, personalized pottery piece.

Saturday 3/15 from 1-3:30PM at Elevate Yoga & Wellness (1001 N 3rd Ave, Phoenix, Arizona 85003)

Beginners are welcome. Dress for movement.

Each ticket includes:

• 1 hour Aerial Restorative Yoga session with Elevate Yoga & Wellness
• 1.5 hour workshop on pottery making basics and step-by-step instructions on how to make your own personalized pottery piece
• Our signature 'Beginner Pottery Kit' includes everything you need to make your pottery during class (and yours to take home to create more after class!!)
• Materials to make 1-2 pieces of pottery
