About this Event
This isn't just a sound bath.
Most sound baths are experienced lying on a mat. This one is different. You'll be suspended in an aerial hammock - fully held, fully supported, with no part of your body under pressure from the ground.. and then the sound begins.
When your body is freed from holding itself up, something shifts. The vibration from crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and overtone instruments and singing, doesn't just reach you - it moves through you differently. Things that have been held in the body for months, sometimes years, begin to release.. effortlessly.
This is what we call 5d healing, where the physical, emotional, energetic and spiritual meet at once.
What's included in each session:
— a warm welcome into the zen den, a beautifully held ceremonial space
— guidance into your aerial hammock (no experience or flexibility needed - this is fully passive and accessible)
— a 90-minute immersive sound journey using crystal singing bowls tuned to the body's energy centres, gongs, chimes and other overtone instruments
— michelle's voice - live toning, singing and sounding that meets your body where it is
— hands-on healing available for those who wish to receive it
— blankets and eye masks provided (feel free to bring your own)
— gentle integration time before you leave
What this does to you:
Your nervous system is under constant pressure. sound at specific frequencies shifts your brainwaves from beta - that stressed, active state — into alpha and theta, the same depth as deep meditation or the moment just before sleep.
Many people experience spontaneous emotional release during a session. vibration reaches places words can't. this is safe, welcomed and part of the process.
The hammock accelerates everything. when the body finally feels supported enough to let go, it does.

Doors open 15 minutes before start time. Late entry is not possible once we have begun.
No experience with sound healing or meditation is needed. just arrive.
