Explore aerial hammock in this 1.5-hour workshop where we will explore beginner and intermediate aerial hammock skills. You will learn transitions, skills, and spins. Individuals should be able to do an invert multiple times in a row, have a decent spin tolerance and should have at least 4 months of prior aerial experience.
This workshop is open to individuals 12+.
