We are SAMA – The Calm Mind Studio, excited to bring our mindful movement practices to Hyderabad with our new studio launch in the Financial District.
At SAMA, we believe movement is more than physical exercise, it is a way to return to balance, presence, and inner calm. Rooted in mindful movement, breath and awareness, our practices are designed to support both the body and the mind.
SAMA is a space where you are encouraged to slow down, reconnect with yourself and move with intention- at your own pace, in a supportive and non-judgemental environment.
As part of our launch celebrations, we’re hosting an Aerial Yoga Workshop at our studio. This session is an invitation for anyone who is curious to experience and learn Aerial Yoga using a hammock, whether you’re new to the practice or simply exploring something different.
The workshop will be conducted in a safe, expert-led setting, with small batch groups to ensure personal attention. Expect a calming, supportive environment where you can move, explore and relax at your own pace.
Join us as a couple, bring your date, come as you are or with friends. All are Welcome!
Dress Code
Wear stretchable, Comfortable workout clothing that will permit easy movements. Avoid loose bottom wear. Socks are optional.
Food/Beverage
You can eat a light snack/fruit or any beverage at least 2 hours before the class. Avoid oily food before the workshop. We have filtered water at the studio. Please feel free to bring your own water bottle.

Safety Note
Participants are advised to ensure that they don`t have any physical discomfort or ongoing medical issues before signing up for the workshop. The Studio and Instructor will ensure that all safety protocols are followed during the practice. The Studio is not responsible for recurrence or aggravation of any. prior medical conditions due to the practice.
Please arrive 10 minutes early, as the session will strictly commence on time. To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend planning your travel to the venue and checking in at least 15 minutes before the event starts.
