Four-Course Dinner Menu
First Course – Mezze
Feta-stuffed roasted peppers, keftedes with melitzanosalata (roasted eggplant purée), and marinated shrimp with citrus and ouzo.

Second Course – Not a Typical Greek Salad
Thin-sliced heirloom tomato with baby cucumbers, pickled pearl onion, Kalamata olive mousseline, petite mint, and cold-smoked, marinated feta.

Third Course – Lamb & Rigatoni Inspired by Pastitsio
Slow-roasted lamb shank served alongside house-made rigatoni baked with béchamel, fresh oregano, feta, and a parsley salad with lemon and shallots.
