About this Event
Join us for a conversation to discuss how accessible childcare plays a critical role in strengthening our workforce and driving regional economic success.
Southwest Michigan First’s Advocacy & Ales brings together municipal, community, and business leaders to discuss critical regional issues, with a focus on talent and workforce development. This session will center on the connection between accessible childcare and regional economic success, highlighting how early childhood resources support working families and talent retention.
This event will take a more interactive, forum-style approach. The evening will begin with networking, followed by a guided conversation featuring regional voices on workforce and childcare. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage directly through Q&A and informal discussion.
