Registration Process
- Participant registration on Eventbrite
- Participants receive a Connect system account creation invite
- Welcome email sent to participants notifying them of enrollment to connect to the system
- Participants create their Connect system account using the same email for Eventbrite registration
- Participants are enrolled in the Connect system for their course to complete the pre- and post-work. The email address used to register on Eventbrite needs to be used to create their account. *Note* Participants are manually entered daily into the system to access their work
- Participants can access their pre-work to complete before the live portion of the course begins. It can also be completed afterward if there are issues, but you must complete the online portion of the coursework to receive the certificate
- After the pre-work is done, the in-person or virtual 6-hour live session will take place
- Finally, participants are marked present for the 6-hour session and can then access their post-work to receive their certificate
