Circl8 Live: Good Friday Vinyl Sessions at G21, The Saddle (Chester)
On Good Friday, Circl8 Radio takes its Friday night lineup out of the studio and into the heart of Chester. We’re broadcasting live from G21 at The Saddle, turning the space into a warm, analogue, vinyl‑only haven for dancers, listeners, and anyone who wants to start the long weekend with real music and real community.
Three DJs. Three journeys. One continuous flow from sunset to midnight.
The Lineup
6pm: DJ Tim Bee
Tim Bee cut his teeth in Manchester’s late‑90s club circuit, playing sold‑out nights and pushing a melodic trance sound that exploded after his first trip to Ibiza in ’98. His rise saw him share stages with A‑list names like Judge Jules, Dave Pearce, Kryder, Eddie Halliwell and Stu Allan, before stepping into the legendary rooms: The Hacienda, Sankeys Soap, Cream Liverpool, Manchester Academy, The Ritz, Joshua Brooks, Dry Bar, Glass, the Leeds Love Parade and more. Expect a seasoned selector bringing deep roots, big‑room energy, and the unmistakable glow of vinyl.
8pm: DJ Lowrider
With over three decades behind the decks, Lowrider has played everywhere from pirate radio to Mexican beach parties, from underground raves to aftershows for Ian Brown and The Stone Roses. His sets are a melting pot of breaks, beats and treats — music for the mind, body and soul. He’s a storyteller on wax, blending eras and energies with effortless flow.
10pm: Jimmy The Spin
Armed with a record collection stretching back to 1990, Jimmy crafts journeys that drift from Balearic Beat into classic deep house and garage, rising into high‑energy progressive house as the night unfolds. His style weaves dubby, hypnotic rhythms with emotional vocal harmonies, unearthing forgotten B‑sides from classic pop artists and stitching them into an immersive, late‑night dancefloor experience.
