Come learn yoga poses and traditions in a fun, engaging and story-based context. Caregivers, are you interested in sharing the values of yoga--- like the importance of community, being kind, breathing exercises to regulate emotions, and practicing mindfulness-- with your loved little ones, but are pretty sure a traditional yoga class just won’t cut it? Join Rebecca for six 45-minute sessions over 6 weeks, where we will have exciting adventures in space, the jungle and beyond without leaving the yoga studio. Along the way we will practice yoga postures, breathing techniques and being a kind human. Throw in a few silly songs and a round of freeze-dance every now and then, and you have a fantastic way to give your child the gift of a meaningful and fun time (and break for you) at Tula!For Kids: Ages 3-7
