⛰️ Adventure Trek to Lingana Pinnacle 🎒Lingana is a majestic pinnacle in the Sahyadri mountain range, known for its challenging climb and breathtaking views. Standing tall with steep rock faces, it attracts seasoned climbers seeking an adrenaline-pumping adventure amidst nature's beauty.
Lingana derives its name from its resemblance to a Shivling. Built as a strategic fort by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in 1648, it served as a defense post during the Maratha Empire. Although the fortifications are now in ruins, remnants of its historical significance still remain. The pinnacle holds great historical value, reflecting the Maratha prowess in fort architecture and defense strategies.

Day 0 - 22-Feb-25
◼ 10:00 PM Start journey from Sarasbaug towards Lingana Pinnacle.
Day 1 - 23-Feb-25
◼ Reach Lingana base village Mohri plateau at around 03:00 am and rest.
◼ At 05:00 am Freshen up. (Toilet Facility is not available at Base Village)
◼ Start the trek via Boratyachi Naal after having breakfast.
◼ Conduct a technical session focused on safety guidelines
◼ Begin climbing the pinnacle only after wearing a harness and securing a safety helmet.
◼ After summiting the pinnacle get ready to descend.
◼ Reach at Mohri plateau and have a dinner
◼ After having dinner, Start return journey towards Pune.
