Come join us for:
A community film evening with a selection of short adventure films from the London Mountain Film Festival (LMFF) showcasing inspiring people and adventure sports such as surfing, mountaineering, climbing, paragliding and mountain biking!
For the fourth year in a row we have hand-picked some of the best films from this year’s LMFF and would like to share with you inspirational stories of adventures, overcoming hardship by venturing outdoors and finding connection with like-minded people through community adventures.
- Surfing: Alberta’s first-ever river surfing film, diving into the lives of two land locked surfers battling winter depression through the raw intensity of cold-water surfing.
- Mountaineering: Fifteen women from around the world, led by Everest and Seven Summits climber Jo Bradshaw, come together to climb Yala Peak in Nepal.
- Climbing: On Albarracín’s infamous red sandstone, the hardest problem isn’t on the rock — it’s balancing the chaos of bouldering as a young family.
- Beach Art: A meditative exploration of life, art and consciousness by Cornish beach artist Billy Bartlett.
- Paragliding: A heart-warming documentary that marks the start of a father and son journey as a seasoned pilot introduces his eager 10 year old boy to the freedom and wonder of flight.
- and more…….
