Advent Word & Table: Acoustic Contemporary Worship

Join us for cozy, contemplative evenings of acoustic, contemporary worship during the Advent season. We'll sit close around the Table for singing, preaching, prayer, and communion, and gather after worship for festive drinks, desserts, and conversation - and maybe a pilgrimage to our neighborhood pub. Our Advent/Christmas preaching series is God in the Far Country: Wandering, Exile, and the Refugee Lord. These services are for those who want to encounter Jesus at the Table, those who want a gentle Advent practice, those who want to reflect on the Bible in peace and gentleness, those who want friends, those who want breathing space to pray, those who like to sing, those dealing with church hurt, those thinking about trying something new, those who know nothing about Christianity, and those who go to worship every week. Second is a queer-friendly space.
