Advent Lessons & Carols – On Sunday, December 7, at 6:30 p.m. the Parish Choir and Junior Choir combine for a classic candlelit service of Advent Lessons & Carols. Readings, anthems, hymns, and prayers prepare the way for the joyful Christmas season. The choirs, under the direction of Deke Polifka, sing anthems by Edward C. Bairstow, Anna Lapwood, Malcolm Archer and Will Todd. Guest organist, Jeremy Thompson, will play music by Bach, Reger and Edmundson. Stay for cookies on the front steps after the service!
