All ladies are welcome to prepare for this year’s season of Advent. Enjoy an evening of appetizers, desserts and refreshments with each other while joining in prayer, a reflection by Mary Matestic, a Catholic Herald contributor, and entertainment by the CCW Children’s choir, by Karen Flesses. Set aside a few hours to prepare for the birth of our Lord with your friends.
Participate as a table hostess or guest. Hostesses are assigned a table to decorate and set up the table from 8:30am-11:30am on December 1, or 5-5:45pm on December 2.
As a table hostess, you are asked to invite 7 women to be your guests. If not, the spots will be filled with other guests. You can ask the guests to contribute monetarily for food, or they can bring food. Hostesses will need to provide beverages, place settings, a round tablecloth, appetizers, dessert, and glassware/plasticware. Kitchen facilities will not be available.
