All core theory will be provided to delegates in advance of the course, allowing you to study the material in your own time (equivalent to one full day of reading).
The in-person training day with Gerard and Yves will build on this foundation, offering deeper exploration of the theory alongside hands-on practical training in focused shockwave applications and interactive clinical discussion.

Gerard Greene – Male Pelvic Health Physiotherapist
Gerard Greene is a leading specialist in male pelvic health, with extensive clinical experience in managing male pelvic pain, post-prostatectomy rehabilitation, hard flaccid syndrome, erectile dysfunction, and pelvic floor dysfunction in sport.
He has founded one of the UK’s few dedicated male pelvic health physiotherapy services, with his original clinic based in Birmingham and a specialist men’s health clinic in London.
Gerard has significant experience integrating focused shockwave therapy within a busy male pelvic health practice, using it as part of a comprehensive, evidence-informed treatment approach.
An internationally recognised educator, Gerard has delivered teaching and training across the UK, Ireland, USA, Europe, the Middle East, Japan, and South Africa. He is passionate about advancing the field of male pelvic health, supporting clinicians to develop their skills, and improving access to high-quality care for men worldwide.
Yves De Vos: Shockwave Educator and Male Pelvic Health Physiotherapist
Yves is a specialist MSK and Male Pelvic Health Physiotherapist based in the south of England. He is the founder and clinical director of three multidisciplinary clinics in Waterlooville, Whiteley and Reading, which serve as specialist centres for shockwave therapy across musculoskeletal, men’s health and women’s health conditions.
He has been providing extracorporeal shockwave therapy (ESWT) for MSK conditions since 2012 and for male pelvic health conditions since 2019. His clinics are recognised as regional referral hubs for advanced shockwave therapy treatments.
Yves is the author of Shockwave Therapy for Erectile Dysfunction, a specialist text that has sold internationally across five continents. Since 2018, he has been a clinical educator for Venn Healthcare, delivering training on shockwave therapy to healthcare professionals. In recent years he has taught extensively across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
In 2024, he presented at the 11th Shockwave Therapy Medical Conference in Beijing, where he introduced the Storz DuolithSD1 T-Top >>ultra<< device for male pelvic health applications to the Chinese market.
Yves is passionate about improving awareness of men’s sexual health, normalising open conversations, and encouraging men to seek evidence-based professional care.
