Join us on October 2nd for an engaging afternoon of expert-led presentations, interactive workshops, and networking, hosted by Normec Advipro. This event is designed for professionals in the life sciences sector who want to deepen their knowledge, exchange ideas, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Through a series of insightful sessions led by Subject Matter Experts, we’ll explore key topics such as sterilisation validation, contamination control, GxP best practices, and more. The day will conclude with a panel discussion and a networking reception—a great opportunity to connect with peers and industry leaders.

This event is open to junior, medior, and senior professionals working in or interested in the life sciences sector, including roles in quality assurance, validation, engineering, and regulatory affairs.

Alain Deloof

Alain started his career in the life sciences sector in 1993. Today, more than 30 years later, Alain has accumulated a wide range of experience and is happy to share his knowledge as a Subject Matter Expert within various projects, ranging from Senior GxP Consultant to Trainer.

Since 2018, Alain has been a fixture within Normec Advipro where, in addition to his hours as Project Manager, he acts as QA Manager and A-team Manager. Today, Alain is Operations Unit Director Academy and Consultancy. He monitors different consultancy projects and consultants and is the point of contact for the ‘special projects’ within Normec Advipro. In addition, Alain is a Trainer in the GxP Academy, our training center with an operational cleanroom where both internal and external trainings are given on the different aspects within GxP.

Yves Van den Wyagaert

Yves has almost 25 years of experience in the life sciences sector. He started his career in 2003. Throughout his career, he has built up extensive expertise in several areas of life sciences. Yves is a Subject Matter Expert in sterilisation validation and is happy to share his expertise.Yves joined Normec Advipro in 2018 and has worked successfully on various projects. In addition, Yves is also a Senior Business Manager. He is responsible for multiple clients and projects and also guides a number of project engineers in their projects.

Nathan Decoster

Nathan joined Advipro in 2018, where he found his niche in the MoVE (Mobile Validation Experts) team. He quickly proved to be an ambitious colleague with a great sense of responsibility. As his experience increased, so did his responsibilities. In 2019, he became Manager of the MoVE team.

Nathan is also active as Associate Business Manager, where he is responsible for the support and follow-up of colleagues on various projects. In addition, he is responsible for maintaining customer contacts.
