Learn to bake breads using high moisture content (high hydration doughs). These bread types include Focaccia, Ciabatta, Baguettes, etc.
You will mix a dough to take home and also bake samples in class for tasting.
Students will need to bring along some materials. You may wish to contact our enrolment office on 82231979 for details before enrolling.
Suitable for those who have completed the beginners course.
