Are you looking for the next step to increase your big way skills? Is one of your goals to get invited to invitational events, or records, and need experience in those “next level” big way skills? Well, this is your answer!! The event will be geared to give participants the opportunity to gain experience in various exit slots and build "non-standard" formations. Jumps will be structured to focus on building individual skills specific to larger formation sizes usually seen in records or invitationals. Sight pictures for exit from a left trail aircraft, long dives and formations built on various base sizes and shapes will be focused on as well as build processes and communication in freefall.The event will start with a day of 20 ways focusing on Otter exit times and proper technique for side door aircraft efficiency. Exit altitude will be 13500' on Thursday and then 17,000 ft for the rest of the event giving the participants the opportunity to use supplemental oxygen on jumps in a controlled environment. Everything you can think of will be covered! Every jump will be extensively prepped and debriefed with the best video in the business brought to you by Byrd’s Eye studio.
The preparation of the jump will focus on the technique needed to properly execute the specific goals of each jump. Debriefs will be in a structured environment with a focus on the goal of the jump, and individuals will be given feedback to improve the skill they are working on. Each jump will be repeated to facilitate improvements on each skill set. Each day participants will make up to 5 jumps with ample time between jumps to fully prep and debrief each jump. By the end of the event, every participant will have gained a stronger understanding of big way FS and have gobs of fun!
Registration includes all organization and prep, oxygen and cannulas during jumps, your organizer and video jumps and costs, an event T shirt (must submit application by 3/16/26 to guarantee shirt and correct size) and event dinner on Saturday night! You will have access to all videos and social media quality photos. Full resolution/high quality photos will be available for purchase from Byrd’s Eye Studios after the event. Who: Skydivers who have big way experience and are looking to widen their big way skill set and get more experience for the upcoming records and invitationals. **You must be approved for this event so please have a good list of references and links to any large formations you have been on.**
When: April 16-19 2026. Start time will be sent out the week prior to the event. Please plan to stay until 5pm on the last day of the event, and please let us know ahead of time if 5pm release time does not work for you.

Cost: $350 registration and $TBD per jump (Jump cost will be updated here 30 days prior to event). Registration to be paid after approval of your registration form application. Your slot is secured once registration is paid, and registration becomes non-refundable 30 days prior to the event. Jump packages may not be used and credit cards require additional 3.5% fee.
