Welcome to our Advanced ServicePoint and Report Training!

Training Requirements

New users are recommended to complete the HMIS Introductory Training before the live session and come prepared with questions 😊
The New User Packet must be submitted to the team 2 days before the scheduled training
Your laptop/desktop is required to view training.
Fair Warning! Participation and data entry is required (either via chat or the mic). We will call on users throughout training to answer questions and share their screens. We operate with Cameras on
It is recommended to have 2 screens if possible! – one to watch and one to practice data entry. If you do not have 2 screens, no worries, we will ask you to share your screen and walk you through the steps.
The training link (Teams) will be sent directly to confirmed users the Monday before training.

The Agency Admin Training is intended for existing users who are responsible for reporting. During this training the HMIS team member will focus primarily on reporting, both in HMIS and ART. Other basic agency administrator functions (requesting new users, requesting reports, resetting passwords, and inactivating users) may also be covered. At the end of the session HMIS agency administrators will better be able to navigate the resources available to them.
