This three-day, performance-driven course is designed specifically for law enforcement instructors and/or operators looking to develop their ability to use a carbine in the LE world.During the class we will develop the ability to:
- Establish and track officer performance baselines using objective metrics
- Proper setup and optional zeros for carbines in LE use
- Teach vision-based throttle control and speed/accuracy decision making
- Improve rifle and handgun performance, including transitions and movement
- Apply simplified practical ballistics out to 300 yards with standard patrol rifles
- Stress test systems and skills under physical and cognitive load, not just square-range conditions
- Break the cycle of institutional inbreeding through structured, transferable training methods
Students leave with a repeatable system and tools they can immediately implement within their agency to drive measurable performance improvements.
