Take your knife skills to the next level in this advanced class designed for confident cooks! You’ll learn how to properly sharpen your knives using a whetstone, an essential skill to keep your tools in top shape. With sharper knives in hand, we’ll guide you through advanced cutting techniques like mincing, bias slicing, and more, helping you achieve precision and efficiency in your prep work.
This hands-on class is perfect for those looking to elevate their culinary abilities and gain confidence in their knife handling. Whether you’re perfecting your skills or learning how to maintain your tools, this session will leave you better equipped for any kitchen challenge. This class will focus on the cuts, and attendees will get to take home the chopped items to use in their own cooking. Please note that we will not be eating a meal during this class. Join us and slice, dice, and sharpen like a pro!
