If you are looking to improve your front crawl technique especially the underwater phase and how to scull, then this lesson will help.
This lesson is designed for those that can swim efficient, head in front crawl for a distance of at least 800m plus. You must be able to swim this distance comfortably and without having to stop.
If you cannot swim this distance without stopping this session will not be suitable.
This course will help you:
Understand about sculling and how to catch the water.
Improve your underwater phase of your front crawl.
After the lesson you will understand about the sculling and the underwater phase and you will perform swim drills you can do in a pool to help your front crawl.
COURSE REQUIREMENTS
Be over 18 years of age.
Be in good health.
Participants must be able to swim head in front crawl efficiently for a distances of 800m plus without having to stop.
Swim costume, swim hat (compulsory) and goggles to be worn.
Other learn to swim equipment will be provided by Sue Lord
