Exploring point of Balanced Tension
The "point of balanced tension" or "state of balance" refers to a specific point in the field body's natural range of motion where the tissues and fluid within the craniosacral system are in a state of equilibrium.
It's a point where the natural tension in the body's tissues is balanced with any additional tension caused by stress or strain, resulting in the least resistance and the most neutral position possible.
Learn how to tune into this within the reciprocal tension membranes and connective tissues as well as the entire cranial system, in the field and as a state of mind.
Exploring Stillpoint:
A still point is a moment where the rhythmic flow of the craniosacral fluid seems to come to a standstill. How and why still points occur is still being researched and is up for debate. However, decades of research and clinical observation indicate significant benefits for the recipient of a still point. We call this "the great reset" where the bodies innate healing mechanism kicks in.
The body has a wise and regenerative, self-corrective mechanism for recalibration of the nervous system, immune system and overall health and wellness that can be accessed through the still point.
