Contracts are fundamental in all businesses and the terms set out the rights and liabilities of a business. It is vital for businesses to know how to better protect their interests when negotiating or reviewing a contract. Going beyond the basic principles of contract law, this Masterclass allows the businessmen, executives, and managers to better understand contract law. It delves into the different principles of contract law so that the participant can get a better understanding and how they can be applied in everyday business.
The participant will learn in depth the different types of contract terms and how the rules of interpretation; how a contract may be discharged or terminated; and know the various types of remedies available for breach of contract. Finally, the dispute resolution methods will be discussed.
