This session will focus on our Pilates Matwork Teacher Training program. Our Pilates Matwork Teacher Training program is one of our entry level programs.
The BodyTree Academy Matwork Teacher Training Program prepares Trainees to teach Beginner Intermediate and Advance Mat classes helping participants to progress safely and efficiently. The emphasis in our training is on placing the client first; how do we design a session best suited for the body in front of us. Trainees learn how to manage students of different levels in the same class and become adept in utilizing verbal and tactile cues and corrections to ensure clarity relevance and timeliness.
