What is A-CSM?
Advanced Certified Scrum Master (CSP-SM) is one of the top most certificates in the IT industry. It’s a certificate program awarded to Scrum Masters with atleast one year of experience as a Scrum Master.
Who is a ScrumMaster?
A ScrumMaster is a development facilitator who is responsible for enabling Scrum teams to maximize their effectiveness by addressing systemic issues and dysfunctions in the team. The ScrumMaster has four primary focus areas: System Design, Development Practices, coaching Product Owner and coaching Development Team. This workshop is a role-specific workshop to learn about the role of ScrumMaster. Here from Apeksha on who is a Scrum Master.
Who is an Advanced Certified Scrum Master?
Advanced Scrum Master is the one who facilitates better dialogue between Product Owner, Development Team, Customers, Stakeholders, and executives. Advanced Scrum Master also responds confidently when encountering resistance to change, lack of engagement, and unavailability of key people. He/She scale Scrum & Agile beyond a single team.

How are the workshops run?
The workshop us run using Scrum with a digital board as shown below(from a recent CSM workshop). We use Zoom as video conferencing tools and teams will use breakout rooms for team excercises. The workshop would consist of real life cases and experience sharing from the instructor.
About the trainer:
Apeksha Patel is the first woman CST in India and is the first Accredited Kanban Trainer. She is a practicing Coach and works as part of a Scrum team. She practices a wide variety of coaching frameworks like ORSC, NLP and Leadership Gift. She has been in the industry for over 17 years in both service and product companies as a DevOps expert. You will get a flavor of both the coaching and development world.
