Starting with a thorough body mechanics assessment, Juan will lead you through a series of his favourite drills and variations designed to optimise your training.
Limited to just 10 participants, this intimate setting ensures you'll receive personalised attention and guidance from Juan himself in a one-on-one capacity. Post session you'll also have the opportunity to connect further with Juan and refuel with a complimentary shake or coffee on us.
About Juan
Juan Amo is a highly qualified coach, specialist and enthusiast in calisthenics, hand balancing, and movement. With a background spanning 7 years as a coach and a lifetime dedicated to sports, he is deeply passionate about merging experiential knowledge with scientific evidence. His coaching philosophy revolves around helping individuals strike the perfect balance between mobility, strength, and skill. By prioritising community building and fostering a passion for healthy living, Juan aims to inspire others to adopt new lifestyles centred around movement and wellness.
Who is it for?
This workshop is tailored for those who have already mastered the basics, with a recommendation for participants to be able to perform 5x strict pull-ups and 10x strict dips.
