Fri 20th March - 10.15am to 1.30pm - ADVANCED BLACK TRAILS FOCUS SESSION with Katy Curd

This course will be based on the Advanced BLACK downhill trails or similar at the FOD. It will allow you to build on your already solid foundation of skills and help you gain a further understanding of how to ride different features with different techniques to gain confidence on the downhill trails. The aim of the session is to break down and improve the fundamental skills needed for the black graded trails under the expert coaching of Katy Curd.
10.15am - Meet & greet Tribe host and group
10.30am - 1pm - Coached session with Katy
1pm - 1.30pm - After the session we will regroup for a quick coffee or lunch. Those who have time to stay on may wish to then go practice some of those newly learnt skills after lunch.
