About this Event
Learn to crochet an adorable chicken plushie! If you've seen those cute Amigurumi figures and don't know how to start making one, this is the workshop for you! We will cover key techniques for 3D crocheting including:
- working in the round
- increasing
- decreasing
- Shaping
- How to attach eyes and use fluff
- How to adapt pattern to your choice of yarn and hook size
We highly recommend that you have experience and comfort with Chain, Single Crochet or crocheting flat items like scarf or coasters. If not, please try our Drink Koozie workshop first.
Each ticket is valid for one attendee only, and we’re not able to offer a guest option for this workshop. Please note that a minimum of two attendees is required for the workshop to run. In the rare case that no one else is registered a few days before the scheduled start time, we’ll reach out to let you know. If the workshop is cancelled, your ticket can be refunded via store credit or rescheduled—whichever you prefer. Thank you for your interest, and we look forward to having you join us!
Materials: Safety eyes and fluff are included. Please bring your own choice of yarn and a matching crochet hook, or purchase both in the store.
