What this workshop focuses on
• How movement is produced in the body
• Weight shifts and energy transfer
• The mechanics behind clean, grounded salsa movement
This is not about doing more.
It’s about doing less, better.
Who this is for
This workshop is for dancers with prior salsa experience who want to understand what actually creates movement, not just reproduce shapes or patterns.

About IGUALES
