✨️Ionas is a longtime beloved collaborator and friend of our school, leads all anatomy seminars in our teacher training programs.
✨️Focusing on Ashtanga Yoga, he applies his medical knowledge to his practice and teaching.
🌱 The aim of the seminar is to equip participants with the tools for a holistic approach to every body. By drawing on the concept of muscle chains, we learn to approach poses comprehensively, using non-classical variations.

This workshop is open to all and will be particularly beneficial for practitioners and teachers of all levels.
It is part of the 300-hour advanced Yoga Teacher Training as well as the Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Program (YACEP).
