Come along to our new chess club for children at our bookshop!
Our chess set in the bookshop has been so popular that we've decided to hold a monthly chess club in store! We've loved seeing so many of you visit us for a game of chess with family and friends, and we thought it would be a nice idea to have multiple sets available for you to play with fellow chess players!
We'll be hosting an afternoon session for children and an evening session for adults once a month on a Wednesday.
Turn up and play for just £1 per person, and we'll provide the chess sets and soft drinks! Any level of player welcome, no need to book in advance, just come along and play!
Children's sessions 4pm - 5pm
Adults sessions 6.30pm - 7.30pm
