6 days a week we open our mats to this awesome community in adults, kids, beginner and advanced classes, mixing the takedown art of Judo and ground submission art Brazilian Jiujitsu!
Both run by local black belts in each sport!
We now welcome you to our next adults BJJ beginners program starting on May 6th!
